Synopsis
Danny Aiello plays Al McCord suffering from a nasty mid life crisis – even his brand new car can’t help him pull chicks. Imagine his astonishment when a beautiful young woman (Angelina Jolie) singles him out from all his friends and starts coming on strong – coincidently she needs a ride out to the Mojave Desert, where her mother lives!
Little does he know that she’s falling in love with him as he’s falling for her mother, Julie (Anne Archer). Julie’s psychotic boyfriend menaces Al who’s caught in the middle of a dangerous love triangle.
When the trunk of his car serves as a temporary morgue it’s up to Al to find some explanation. His life may never be the same again.
