Synopsis

Early 2002’s ‘Under Rug Swept’, her first studio album in four years, was a platinum No.1 smash for Alanis Morissette, one of today’s most popular and recognisable artists. Luckily, there was a lot more great music created in the studio than was heard on the album. The ‘Feast On Scraps’ DVD-Video offers a 2002 concert essentially a live ‘greatest hits’ performance, and behind-the-scenes footage Alanis describes as ‘a conceptual scrapbook filled with snapshots of my experiences over the past two years. From writing/recording and producing ‘Under Rug Swept’ and ‘Feast on Scraps’ to a show in Rotterdam and other cities around the world’.

The accompanying CD, presents 8 songs from the ‘Under Rug Swept’, sessions, plus an acoustic version of the hit ‘Hands Clean’. Together, ‘Feast On Scraps’ heard and seen, spontaneous and emotional, is Alanis at her best.
