Please note that the postage quoted on your order, is only a calculated price and the maximum you will be charged (unless the postage option is changed or we contact you otherwise). If Pre-Orders, Out of Stocks, Games & Accessories are shipped together, the postage will be cheaper than quoted on your order. If you have any queries about postage, please contact us here.

For Local Deliveries, please note that if not all Ready To Ship titles are shipped at once, the initial shipment will be sent via your chosen postage method and charged the full quoted postage (however insurance may decrease if selected). Any subsequent shipments for the remaining Available Now items will be sent via Standard Post at no postage cost.

For International Deliveries, please note that if not all Ready To Ship titles are shipped at once, the postage will be divided evenly amongst all items (depending on the number of discs per item).

For international customers, the per disc fee is charged for each disc over 7, in addition to the postage charge for 7 discs.

Postage Options

Local Postage - Standard Mail Options

Registered Post ($4.50)
Registered Post is designed to give customers more peace of mind when sending items of value through the post. Registered Post offers

• A unique identification number for every article;
• Insurance up to $100

Person To Person ($10.00)
The Person to Person delivery option means that the Registered Post article must be specifically signed for by the person named in the address. A label denoting Person to Person delivery is attached to the Registered Post article. Proof of identity is required before the article is handed over.

Extra Cover ($1.25 per $100 value)
Extra Cover insures the order in case it is damaged or goes missing in transit. Registered Post and Person to Person already include insurance up to $100 worth of value. This charge is in addition to the Registered Post or Person to Person cost.

Express Post
As long as the delivery destination is inside the express network (see here) delivery should be 1 business day after the order has been shipped. If it does not arrive within this time frame, you can track the order here.

International Postage

Insurance ($8.45 PLUS $2.45 per $100 value)
Insurance can be taken out on deliveries to most countries (if not available, option is not provided) which provides;

• coverage against loss, theft or damage
• proof of posting
• secure handling
• a signature on delivery

This charge is in addition to the standard postage charges.

Express Courier (contact us for a quote)
For faster delivery to international locations, we can also ship your order via Express Courier. This service generally takes 2 to 4 business days for delivery between metropolitan areas of major cities.

Express Courier also allows for tracking, and insurance to all countries (including those that do not normally allow insurance). However, the cost of this service varies for each location, so please contact us prior to placing an order for a quote. The cost of this service is usually around double what the standard postage charge would be.
